Gary Comprehensive City Plan
The city of Gary would like to thank Cam Fanfulik and his team at the Northwest Regional Development Commission https://www.nwrdc.org for their efforts and financial contribution toward this project. Since it was completed, the city has paved every road, updated the parks, finished the Gary Pines park project in 2017, is in process of putting in a new water system (finish in 2020), installed natural gas as of summer 2017 and is looking forward to the next project residents want to work on.
It all started with a city survey. From there the city council and residents got to work. Thank you to them as well.
Value of Housing - a sample of what is inside Gary's CCP
