• Your four options of communication and donation are:

  • Make a note in the PayPal donation memo indicating which organizations and the donation amount per organization. 

  • Fill out the paper form, scan it and email it to garycaresmn@gmail.com

  • Mail the form to Gary Cares, PO Box 66, Gary, MN 56545. We will match your form to your donation.
