Note: Please provide your phone number in case there are questions.

• Complete the 2025-2026 form (right). Donate the grand total in the PayPal link below. ***Please note that PayPal takes a percentage fee of 1.99%+$0.49 from the total donated.  To avoid the fee, you can pay Gary Cares directly via check or cash.

• Do not use the general PayPal button at top of screen. The button below is so we can ensure donations are not entered into our general fund.

• Your four options of communication and donation are:

  • Make a note in the PayPal donation memo indicating which organizations and the donation amount per organization. 

  • Fill out the paper form, scan it and email it to garycaresmn@gmail.com ASAP after placing donation.

  • Mail the form to Gary Cares, PO Box 66, Gary, MN 56545. We will match your form to your donation.
