We couldn’t be prouder of the incredible people and stories that have become part of the BMI family over the years. To those who were afraid, we said, “Make mistakes boldly!” And to their surprise (and sometimes ours), they discovered they could overcome, grow, and conquer as they went.
All that to say — we are incredibly excited to celebrate this milestone with friends, ministry family, and new faces from every walk of life.

If you’ve been around BMI for any length of time, then you already know these names — and probably have a story or two with them as well!
Mahesh and Robert Webb, Esther and Ruben Echeverria, and Jennifer Matthews have been part of the heart and soul of BMI for more than 20 years. Together we’ve walked through just about every season of life imaginable — celebrations and heartbreaks, marriages and divorces, graduations and funerals, victories and setbacks, road trips, prayer meetings, late-night conversations, laughter until we cried, and moments where only the grace of God carried us through. Ruben & Robert have been "volunteered" as the ever-ready support team for this crew - via "Marriage". Thank you, guys!
Each of them brings something incredibly special to this celebration: wisdom, compassion, hospitality, humor, faithfulness, servant hearts, leadership, and a deep love for people. More importantly, they love Jesus, and they genuinely love walking alongside others through real life.
As we prepare for this 30th Anniversary Celebration, we are excited to have this amazing team helping lead the effort — and we invite YOU to jump in alongside them! Whether through prayer, serving, encouragement, ideas, or simply showing up and celebrating with us, there is room for everyone under the tent.
